Representative: When you work with the Job Center, you'll be
assigned a personal Account Representative who will follow up on your
job order, work with you by improving recruiting efforts and help you
navigate the many services available through the Job Center.

Job Center: You can conduct your interviews at the Job
Center and draw from the public and the Job Center's extensive pool of
applicants.

Get Help with
Large Recruitment Efforts: If you need to fill a lot of
openings quickly, we can help. The Waushara Job Center can help you get
organized and can provide assistance for a large recruitment - at the
Job Center or at your place of business.

Access Wage
Subsidy Programs: If you're not currently taking
advantage of wage subsidy and tax incentive programs, contact
the Waushara Job Center. Your hiring needs may translate into tax

Worker Dislocation Services: If your business is
planning a layoff or plant closing, the Job Center can help
with a variety of services for your dislocated workers. A
professional team will come onsite and meet with you to map out a
comprehensive service package that includes access to available
retraining funds, supportive services such as child care and
transportation reimbursements, employment search assistance,
comprehensive job search training, including professional resume

source to collect and screen your employment applications. We
can use your existing application form or the standard, approved Job
Center employment application form. You avoid the foot traffic

standardized assessment and testing services, including proficiency,
aptitude and interest testing. We'll also provide the linkages
to area Technical Colleges to find solutions to your assessment and
